Open it to trigger a cutscene will trigger in which you learn more about Mary’s past. At the end of the room on the right is a chest. You’ll find yourself in the room where Cole was transformed into a Vampire. When you reach the marked set of doors use the key to unlock them and enter. It’s not hidden but might be easy to miss if you’re rushing or not using your vampire vision. Keep you eye out for a Canopic Jar on the right side of the tunnels as you near their end. Make your way to end the of the Catacombs. Pick it up and you’ll be instructed to head for the Coven Door at the end of the tunnels. When you destroy the last elevator you’ll find the Coven Room key. Most of them are very straightforward to find, but nonetheless make sure you explore the entirety of the Catacombs and keep your eye out for glyphs as a few are easy to pass by if you’re careless or occupied by the Vampires and Harpies that attack you on the way. Make your way through the tunnels and search for the hidden doors. You need to disable each elevator by destroying the motors that run them. The hidden doors lead to small rooms containing elevators filled with explosives. Shortly after the entrance you’ll trigger a brief cutscene in which you discover that the Vampires have set up a series of hidden doors that can only be seen by vampires.
Once inside the Catacombs start following the tunnel. Use the marked door near the starting point. When the mission starts you’ll be instructed to enter the Catacombs.
